Data Take-on. We did a data take-on for a client on CloudSec and updated the directors. When I tried to do a data take-on a week later to upload the auditor, a message was displayed preventing me to do a data take-on. On enquiry I was told you are only allowed to do one data take-on. We were not aware of this and this is also not practical. If a document was completed manually (e.g. CoR44 for auditor), why are you not allowed to do a data take-on for the information. Please adjust the programme to not restrict data take-on tasks.
The data take on functionality is an import utility that is used to take on the history of a specific an entity
A document that has been filed or completed manually must be captured on the system as a new task because it is not historic information, but current information. Therefore, please do the Cor44 for this task.
We put this in place to avoid data inconsistencies. Be very mindful of what you capture into the CloudSec interface and it’s order too.
Thank you for your valued contribution. To add another role player to an existing Data Take On simply open up the existing Data TakeOn, Select Undo, edit and mark as completed. Please see the below FAQ's for more information
